Core Curriculum
The program integrates UIBE’s training in international economic development with BUCT’s foundations in polymer materials engineering, enabling students to build complementary economic and technical skills.
Eligibility Requirements
High school graduates or above who meet university admission qualifications.
Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health, holding a valid private passport, and willing to abide by Chinese laws and university regulations.
Aged 18–25; applicants under 18 must provide guardian documents for Beijing, China.
Applicants of Chinese origin must comply with the regulations of Document No. 12 (2020) of the Ministry of Education.

Program Duration
Four-year full-time curriculum taught entirely in English.
