Tips for Applying for the Chinese Government Scholarship Program in 2021

*此办法只适用于2021年春季学期的招生工作

*This tips is only for the spring semester of 2021

*只需要在CSC系统和UIBE系统提交相同材料即可(无犯罪记录为必要材料）

*You just have to upload the same documents to the CSC system and the UIBE system（ No criminal record commitment is necessary）

*所有申请材料请上传到我校信息系统，并保证和CSC系统中的材料一致。特殊时期暂不接受纸质版邮件寄送。提交的材料必须是最清晰的彩色扫描PDF文件，不清晰或不符合要求的文件不予受理。

*All application materials should be sent through the application system of UIBE and be consistent with CSC system. Hard copies are not accepted during special periods. Submissions must be the clearest color scanned PDF files. Documents that are unclear or do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.

*因部分国家或地区的个人无法申请无法申请无犯罪记录证明，申请人可在“留学UIBE”微信公众号中下载《无犯罪记录承诺书》。除该部分申请人之外，请提供无犯罪记录证明。

*Some countries or regions are unable to apply for the Certificate of No Criminal Record by individual. Applicants can download the “No criminal record commitment” from the "UIBE-SIE" WeChat account. Except for these applicants, please provide proof of no criminal record.

*在发送邮件咨询的时候，主题请写明信息。格式“护照号+姓名+CSC流水号”

*Please write the subject information in the format of "passport number + name +CSC serial number" when sending the email.
