关于推迟2020年春季学期开学报到时间的通知

Notice about Postponing Registration Open for 2020 Spring Semester

全体留学生同学：

All international students，

鉴于中国境内目前新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情形势，按照教育部和北京市的统一部署，学校研究决定推迟2020年春季学期开学时间，具体注册报到时间和后续安排另行通知。

In view of  the current situation of 2019-nCoV Pneumonia Epidemic,  and in according to the unified requirement and arrangement by the Minister of Education of China, the university has decided to postpone the start time of the spring semester of 2020. The exact date for the registration will be notified later.

• 如果你住在学校，建议近期不要离开校园；如确需短暂离开校园，请做好自我防护。
• If you stay on campus, please stay in UIBE in recent days. If you must leave campus,please protect your health well.
• 如果你住在校外，建议加强自我防护，减少不必要的出行。
• If you stay outside UIBE, please follow the relevant instructions, protect your health well and avoid unnecessary travels.
• 如果你目前在中国其他城市，请返校时到国际交流大厦A座前台报备并根据学校相关规定进行14天自我隔离。
• If you are travelling in other cities of China, please go to the reception of Tower A, International Plaza to register when coming back and take the self-quarantine at least for 14 days.
• 如果你在中国境外，建议根据学校另行通知的报到时间返校；如你已经预定机票，建议改签。
• If you are outside of China, please come back to UIBE according the new registration notice; if you have booked flight, please change it.
•  如果汉语项目学生改变学习计划，学校承诺全额返还你已经缴纳的全部学费。
• For international students of Chinese training program, if you change your study plan, UIBE will refund all the tuition/deposit you have paid.

学校要求各单位每天报告相关信息，请全体学生积极配合并及时报告相关情况。感谢大家的理解和支持！

The university has requested all schools to report relevant information daily, and all students are supposed to actively cooperate and report relevant situations in time.  Thank you for your understanding and support!
