On June 7, the “2024 Beijing International Tea Industry Exhibition, Beijing Maliandao International Tea Culture Exhibition, and Yihong Gongfu Tea Culture Festival” (2024 Two Exhibitions and One Festival) opened at the Beijing Exhibition Center and the Maliandao First Street of Chinese Tea in.
Invited by the Youth League Committee of Beijing Xicheng, 18 international students from UIBE participated in the Tea Culture Experience Activity for Foreign Students at the Beijing Exhibition Center.
Dressed in elegant Chinese Hanfu, the students enjoyed an immersive experience of tea leaves hand-twisting, tea brewing and tasting, fun quizzes on tea culture. They gained a deeper understanding of tea culture and the extensive and profound Chinese traditional culture.
Held during the Dragon Boat Festival, this "Two Exhibitions and One Festival" tea culture experience activity was one of the serial practices of Chinese national education of the 70th anniversary international education of UIBE. It enriched the study experience of international students in China, enhanced their understanding and recognition of Chinese culture, and promoted the international communication, exchange and integration.
