On May 16, 2024, The 70th Anniversary of International Education of UIBE -- Chinese and Foreign Alumni Forum was successfully held at our school's International Exchange Building. The theme of this forum was "Integrate the World: High-quality Development of International Education in China & Global Alumni Contributions," aiming to gather global alumni resources, create a global alumni exchange platform, and seek new paths for the development of our school's international education.
Huang Baoyin (Secretary of the CPC Committee of UIBE), Zhao Zhongxiu (President of UIBE), PUNTIL JONGJITTRAKOO (Deputy Minister of Commerce from Thailand) and so on, were among more than 50 Chinese and foreign alumni representatives from all over the world to reminisce about their shared experiences while suggesting for future developments. Sun Xiaoxia from the School Party Committee/President's Office Director and Wang Xiaojun Secretary-General Alumni Association also participated in this event. Geng Huifang, Secretary of International College along with Ivan, an overseas teacher, successively hosted this forum.
As time flies by and years pass on, UIBE has witnessed its alumni's precious years. Through this international alumni forum not only did they recall their wonderful memories but also deepened their emotional ties with their alma mater and fellow alumni.
