On June 26th, on the occasion of the 37th International Day Against Drug Abuse, the School of International Education invited the Public Security Bureau of Chaoyang District to give a legal education of the 37th International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking to the international students.
The police officers introduced a variety of common illegal drugs, presented the harms with specific cases, and emphasized Chinese laws and regulations against drugs. Mr. Zhang Haibo from the Office of Student Affairs of SIE reported the school’s measures and achievements in anti-drug education for international students in recent years.
Students who participated in the activity said that this activity made them deeply realize the harm of drugs and the importance of anti-drug work. They will strictly abide by Chinese laws and regulations and keep away from drugs.
