The instructions are only made for the type A CSC applicants of 2023 spring semester.
1. For CSC program introduction please refer to http://sie.uibe.edu.cn/en/AppEnr/ScAp/ChiGovSch/06a864b901db4ed6ae6ee1470734495f.htmand click ‘Application & Enrollment’ >> ‘Scholarship Application’ for reference.
2. Students should apply type A scholarship via embassy or agency and upload the required documents in the CSC system, ‘No criminal record commitment’ and 'Consent Letter of Majors Adjustment’ must be uploaded (please see the attachments).
3. Students should first complete the online application on CSC website, record the serial number at the bottom of the CSC application form, and then finish the online application in UIBE system (http://202.204.172.146/) with the same documents as those used for CSC. Please submit the clear chromoscan PDF files, documents whichare unclear or substandard will NOT be reviewed. Hard copies are not accepted.
4. Please send email with "Passport number + Name +CSC serial number +Pre-admission " as the email subject if you need the pre-admission letter after the application submitted.

5. If the Certificate of No Criminal Record is not available for individuals to apply for in some countries or regions, please use the “No Criminal Record Commitment” which can be downloaded from the attachments. Otherwise please provide the official Certificate of No Criminal Record.
