2022年中国政府奖学金项目申请小提示

此提示只适用于2022年春季学期奖学金报名

These tips are made for the CSC applicants of 2022 spring semester

学生首先在CSC系统中报名并提交材料（无犯罪记录为必要材料）

Students should first apply and upload the required documents in the CSC system (No criminal record/commitment is needed)

在我校报名系统中报名，上传材料须与CSC系统中所传材料一致。疫情时期，学校暂不接受纸质版材料。上传的材料必须是清晰的彩色扫描PDF文件，不清晰或不符合要求的文件不予受理。

Students then apply to study in the UIBE system and upload the same documents as those used for CSC. Hard copies are not accepted during the pandemic. Students should submit the clear chromoscan PDF files. Documents that are unclear or substandard will NOT be reviewed.

因部分国家或地区的个人无法申请无犯罪记录证明，申请人可在“留学UIBE”微信公众号中下载《无犯罪记录承诺书》。除该部分申请人之外，均须提供无犯罪记录证明。

In some countries or regions, individuals are unable to apply for the Certificate of No Criminal Record. If that’s your case, please use the “No Criminal Record Commitment”which can be downloaded from the "UIBE-SIE" WeChat account. Otherwise please provide the official Certificate of No Criminal Record.

在发送邮件咨询的时候，主题请写明信息。格式“护照号+姓名+CSC流水号”

Please put your "passport number + name +CSC serial number" as the email subject for consultation.

B类奖学金填报申请具体步骤

Specific Application steps for Type B

学生先完成在CSC网站的报名，记录好申请表左下方的流水号，然后在UIBE的系统中进行报名。在UIBE的系统申请过程中必须上传《专业调剂同意书》和《无犯罪记录承诺书》

Students should first complete the online application on CSC website, record the serial number at the bottom of the CSC application form, and then finish the online application in UIBE system where Consent Letter of Majors Adjustment and No Criminal Record Commitment must be uploaded.

点击“填报申请”，申请B类时，填写对外经济贸易大学的机构代码：10036

Click “Application online” . For Type B，the agency number of University of International Business and Economics is 10036

根据系统提示完成申请并记录好流水号

Follow the system prompts to complete the application and record the serial number

*CSC系统中如果没有海关管理专业，可以选择行政管理，在随后的UIBE系统申请中正常选择海关管理即可

If there is no Customs Administration major in the CSC online application system, you can choose Public Administration, and

then select Customs Administration in UIBE system application.
