一、设立宗旨

中韩两国于1992年8月24日建交，2008年建立战略合作伙伴关系。其间中韩两国交流扩大至经济、文化艺术、学术、行政等领域。同时两国的贸易规模与人员交流也飞速增长，两国具有悠久的建交历史并重视相互间的友好关系，两国关系未来的发展前景十分光明。

对外经济贸易大学是一所国际化特色鲜明的双一流大学。目前已与160余所海外院校及国际机构建立合作关系，在校16000多名学生当中留学生2500人左右，是中国最早招收来华留学生的高校之一。设立的朝鲜（韩）语专业已有70多年历史，现有韩国留学生近600名。2015年6月，由韩国政府资助的海外培训落户学校等,学校在中韩经济文化交流中发展了重要作用。

为了推动学校与韩国政府部门、企业及高校在经贸往来及人才培养中的友好合作关系再上台阶，在国际学院下成立“对外经济贸易大学中韩经济文化交流中心”。

二、主要内容

中韩经济文化交流中心将通过与韩国驻华大使馆、韩国中央政府、首尔特别市及地方政府、相关企业等为合作平台，通过开设系列实训 课程、专题讲座与学术活动，以促进中韩两国各界人士的访问、交流 与相互理解，并举办文化艺术领域交流等活动，致力于将对外经济贸易大学打造为处于先导地位的中韩友好交流核心基地。

（一）拓展中韩企业合作实习实训

开发并运营实用性教育课程、体验项目与学术会议，为经济、文化、教育、行政等领域中韩各界人士的访问、交流与相互理解，提供实质性学习与交流。组织与本地企业家信息交流会，企业招聘、学生求职双选会；举办与此相关的研讨会、论坛、交流会等学术会议。

（二）开展韩国政府部门高端人才培训

定制化设计韩国中央部门与地方政府公务员学位课程项目，在入学辅导、语言训练、专业领域研习以及非学位培训项目，如现场实习、中国文化体验等非学位特别课程。

（三）开发大学生交流项目

推动韩国高校与对外经济贸易大学签署大学间交流协议，以学分认定为基础发展交换生制度、辅修学位制度、实习制度等多样化的大学生交流项目。同时以在华韩国留学生与在韩中国留学生为对象，提供可以深度体验两国文化的学习机会与经济、文化、教育等多领域相关的现场体验活动机会，营造可以和当地社会广泛交流的机会。

（四）探索文化艺术交流领域合作

文化艺术领域的合作与交流是两国间相互尊重与理解的原动力，筹划并运营反应当地文化需求与文化特性的文化交流项目，介绍两国丰富多彩的文化艺术并达到增进中韩友好的目的。

대외경제무역대학 한중경제문화교류센터

1.설립 취지

한중 양국은 1992년 8월 24일 수교했으며 2008년 전략적 협력 동반자 관계를 수립했다. 그동안 한중 교류는 경제, 문화예술, 학술, 행정 분야로 확대됐다. 또한 양국의 무역규모와 인적교류도 비약적으로 증가하였다. 양국은 유구한 교류의 역사를 가지고 있으며 상호간의 우호관계를 중시하여 양국관계의 미래의 발전전망은 매우 밝다.

대외경제무역대학은 국제화 특색이 뚜렷한 쌍일류 대학이다. 현재 160여 개의 해외 대학 및 국제 기관과 제휴를 맺고 있으며 재학생 1만6000여 명 중 유학생이 2500명가량으로 중국에서 가장 먼저 유학생을 유치한 대학 중 하나이다.

대학에 개설된 조선(한국)어학과는 70여 년의 역사를 갖고 있으며, 현재 한국 유학생이 600명에 달하고 있다. 2015년 6월, 한국 정부가 지원하는 해외 교육이 정착되는 등 한중 경제문화교류에 대학이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다.

대학와 한국 정부부처, 기업 및 대학이 경제무역 및 인재양성에서의 우호협력관계를 더 한 단계 발전시키기 위하여 대외경제무역대학 국제학원에 ‘대외경제무역대학 한중경제문화교류센터’를 설립하였다.

2. 주요 내용

한중경제문화교류센터는 주중 한국대사관, 한국중앙정부, 서울특별시 및 지방정부, 관련기업 등과 협력의 장을 마련하고 실무교육과정, 특강, 학술행사 등을 통해 중한 각계각층의 방문, 교류, 상호이해, 문화예술 분야 교류 등을 추진해 대외경제무역대학을 선도적 한중 우호교류 핵심기지로 육성하는 데 주력할 계획이다.

(1) 한중기업 협력 인턴십 확대 실무훈련

실용적 교육과정, 체험프로그램, 학술회의를 개발하고 운영하여 경제, 문화, 교육, 행정 등의 분야에서 한중 각계각층의 방문, 교류와 상호이해를 위한 실질적인 학습과 교류를 제공한다.

현지 기업인 정보교류회를 조직하고 기업채용, 학생구직 복수 전형회; 이와 관련된 세미나, 포럼, 교류회 등의 학술회의를 개최한다.

(2) 한국 정부부처 고급인재 양성 전개

한국 중앙부처와 지방정부 공무원 학위과정 프로그램을 설계한다. 또한 입학지도, 어학훈련, 전문분야 연수 및 비학위 양성 프로그램, 예를 들면 현장실습, 중국문화체험 등 비학위 특별과정 등을 맞춤형으로 설계한다.

(3) 대학생 교류 프로그램 개발

한국의 대학과 대외경제무역대학은 대학 간 교류협약을 체결하고 학점 인정을 바탕으로 교환학생 제도, 복수 학위제도, 인턴제도 등 다양한 대학생 교류 프로그램을 발전시켜 나간다. 또한 재중 한국인 유학생과 재한 중국인 유학생을 대상으로 양국 문화를 깊이 있게 체험할 수 있는 학습 기회와 경제, 문화, 교육 등 다양한 분야와 연계한 현장 체험 활동 기회를 제공해 지역사회와 폭넓게 교류할 수 있는 기회를 마련한다.

(4) 문화예술교류 분야 협력 모색

문화예술 분야의 협력과 교류는 양국간의 상호존중과 이해의 원동력이기 때문에 현지의 문화적 수요와 문화적 특성을 반영한 문화교류 프로그램을 기획하고 운영하여 양국의 다양한 문화예술을 소개하고 중한 우호증진을 도모한다.

China-Korea Economy and Culture Exchange Center, University of International Business and Economics

1. The purpose of establishment

China and Korea established diplomatic relations on August 24, 1992, and found a strategic partnership in 2008; during this period, the exchange between the two countries has expanded in economy, culture, art, academia, administration, etc. At the same time, the scale of trade and personnel exchanges between the two countries have made rapid progress. Furthermore, China and Korea have a long history of establishing diplomatic relations and attach great importance to friendly relations. Therefore, there must be a bright future for bilateral relations.

University of International Business and Economics is a double-first-class university with distinctive international characteristics, which has established cooperative relations between more than 160 overseas universities and international institutions. It is one of the earliest universities in China to recruit international students. Among the more than 16,000 students in the school, there are about 2,500 international students. The establishment of the Korean language major has a history of more than 70 years, and there are nearly 600 Korean students. Overseas training schools funded by the Korean government were established In June 2015 (Here refers to scholarships for Chinese students supported by the Korean government and the training program for entrepreneurship of Korean students in China supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Korea ), and the schools have played an essential role in the economic and cultural exchanges between China and Korea.

China-Korea Economic and Culture Exchange Center was established under the International College of the University of International Business and Economics to promote the friendly and cooperative relations between the schools and the Korean government departments, enterprises, and universities in terms of economic and trade exchanges and talent training and Economics.

2. Main content

The China-Korea Economy and Culture Exchange Center will provide a series of practical training courses, special lectures, and academic activities through cooperation platforms such as the Korean Embassy in China, the Korean Central Government, the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the local governments, and related enterprises, to promote visits, exchanges, and mutual understanding of people from all walks of life in China and Korea. Besides, cultural and artistic exchanges and other activities will be held, committed to building the University of International Business and Economics into a leading core base for China-Korea friendly exchanges.

(1) Expanding China-Korean enterprise cooperation, internship, and training

Firstly, we develop and operate practical courses, experience programs, and academic conferences to provide substantive learning and exchanges for visits, exchanges, and mutual understanding of people from all walks of life in China and Korea in terms of economy, culture, education, administration and so on. Secondly, we organize information exchange meetings with local entrepreneurs, enterprise recruitment, and double-channel selection meetings and hold related academic conferences such as seminars, forums, and exchange meetings

(2) Carry out high-end talent training for Korean government departments

We design special degree programs for public servants in Korea's central and local government departments, including admission counseling, language training, and professional field study. In addition, non-degree training programs should also be designed, such as field practice, Chinese cultural experience, and other non-degree special courses.

(3) Develop exchange programs for college students

The signing of inter-university exchange agreements between Korean universities and the University of International Business and Economics is supposed to be promoted so that we can develop diverse exchange programs such as exchange student system, minor degree system, and internship system based on credit recognition. In addition, we provide Korean students in China and Chinese students in Korea with opportunities to learn about the cultures of the two countries deeply and gain extensive exchanges with the local society and on-site opportunities to experience activities related to economics, culture, education, and other fields.

(4) Explore exchanges and cooperation in the field of culture and art

Exchanges and cooperation in culture and art are the driving force for mutual respect and understanding between the two countries. We design and operate cultural exchange projects that reflect local cultural needs and characteristics and introduce the two countries' rich and colorful cultures and arts to enhance the China-Korea friendship.
