I. Degree students are required to do registration in the specified dates of every academic semester.

 

II. Students need to bring their passports, student IDs (red booklet), residence permits and insurance cards and pay tuition fee through union-pay bank cards, cash or by scanning QR code to complete the registration.

 

III. Students who pay tuition fee by bank transfer shall complete the transaction one month before the registration and submit the transaction record to the payment desk during registration.

 

IV. If students can’t register in the required dates, they should submit applications for leave and supporting documents to their schools beforehand. Upon approval, the student may maintain their academic status and postpone the registration.

 

V. For students who miss the registration without approvals, the late fee will be 1% of their tuition fee for each day delayed. Students who fail to register over one week without a leave will automatically be considered as withdrawal from university.
